How many credits do I get for free?
Every new account receives 30 one-time credits. They do not renew, but they also do not expire.
Do monthly plan credits roll over?
No. Starter, Pro, and Studio credits will reset to the plan allowance on each billing date. Unused monthly credits will not carry into the next cycle.
Do higher plans unlock different features?
Not currently. Every plan uses the same editor, AI caption generation, translation, Caption Assistant, styling, and export tools. Plans differ by credit allowance.
How is caption generation calculated?
Caption generation uses 6.8 credits per processed media hour and is prorated by duration. A selected 10-minute range uses about 1.13 credits.
Why can translation and Caption Assistant usage vary?
Languages, transcript length, context, instructions, and output length affect model usage. Translation shows an estimate before submission; assistant usage follows the work completed for each request.
